Ammar Al Alousi is a Senior Data Center Operations leader at Microsoft, overseeing a large multi-facility campus portfolio in Northern Virginia — the densest data center corridor in the world.

Before Microsoft, Ammar held senior roles at Amazon Web Services spanning Cloud Support Engineering and Network Infrastructure, and at Zayo Group. His career also includes international operations with the United Nations and the Iraqi government.

He is a published author of two books in the 365 Technical Series, a PhD candidate at Virginia Tech, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and ITIL certified. 365 Technical LLC is a registered business in Virginia.
